Summary/objectiveIn charge of prep work for painting equipment. Oversees the painting process and the final product. Painters are in charge of assessing their final product to ensure that it is up to Goodfellow standards.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Paint any fabricated itemsKeep a clean areaKeep a stock of paint and suppliesMaintain a safe working environmentEnsure proper use of PPEPerform duties assigned by the supervisorMeet project deadlinesProvide quality finish workPhysical demandsThis position requires the Employee to stand for long periods of time and lift 75 lbs constantly.Required Education And ExperienceMust pass a pulmonary medical evaluation upon hireMust have experience using a paint sprayerPreferred Education And Experience2-3 years of painting experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAdditional Eligibility RequirementsAuthorized to work in the US.
