This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and the month-end close process.This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys both managing people and driving operational excellence across global teams.What You’ll DoLead and manage a small accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and oversightOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Own and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting outputsPrepare and organize audit deliverables and support external audit processesEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standardsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalabilitySupport communication and coordination across time zones with offshore team membersWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of progressive accounting experienceA bachelor’s degree in accounting is requiredCPA or path to CPA is a plusExperience with NetSuite is a plusPrior experience managing or mentoring a team (including offshore teams is a plus)Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global teamsBenefits And PerksMedical (Aetna or Kaiser), Dental & Vision (Guardian)Long-Term Disability & Short-Term DisabilityHospital Indemnity Insurance, Accident Plan, and Employee Critical Illness (Guardian)401k (Vestwell), Life Insurance (Guardian) & Pet Insurance (Nationwide)Commuter benefits are offered in certain locationsPTO, including Volunteer Days to give back to your communityAnnual Anniversary Perks, including one month paid sabbaticals!HomeLight Services to help you with buying and selling your homeLet’s chat!
