The nurse will assist with perioperative care, support patients through preoperative and postoperative phases, and maintain a safe surgical environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating patient care, preparing for procedures, providing education and emotional support, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.QualificationsExpertise in perioperative care, superior patient care skills, and knowledge of surgical protocolsAbility to provide patient education and emotional support with compassion and professionalismStrong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate patient care effectivelyTeam collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary healthcare professionalsFamiliarity with surgery center accreditation and licensingValid RN license in California and current BLS/ACLS certificationThree years prior experience as a Perioperative Nurse requiredStrong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
