Create and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and reusable design artifacts for consistency. Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine designs based on insights. Ensure designs and front-end implementations meet 508 accessibility regulations and client design standards. Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with API capabilities.What You'll Need 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development. Expertise in prototyping tools such such as Figma or Adobe XD. Strong proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility standards, 508 compliance, and responsive design. Ability to create and maintain scalable and reusable design system components.
