This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a lean, entrepreneurial, and high-performing environment offering strong long-term growth potential.📍 Location: Stamford, CT📅 Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office)💰 Compensation: $150k–$250k base + bonus Key Responsibilities:• Oversee and enhance the firm’s operational infrastructure across the platform• Manage relationships with key external service providers, including administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal partners• Lead fund operations, trade operations, and investor reporting processes• Support operational workflows tied to SPV structures and regulatory requirements• Partner closely with investment, finance, compliance, and leadership teams to drive scalability and efficiency• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational optimizationQualifications:• 12+ years of operations leadership experience within hedge funds, alternative asset managers, or institutional investment firms• Strong background across fund operations, trade operations, investor reporting, and service provider oversight• Experience supporting SPV structures and regulatory processes• Proven ability to operate effectively within a growing, fast-paced investment platform• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong culture, collaborative team environment, and exciting growth trajectory.49147
