Customer Service Representatives
We are looking for strong candidates in customer service.Key Responsibilities:Contact delinquent account holders through automated dialers, inbound calls, and manual outreach to negotiate and secure payment arrangementsUtilize active listening and investigative questioning to gather relevant information and effectively resolve outstanding balancesCommunicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with account holders, attorneys, and third partiesPerform skip tracing to locate and verify debtor information to support collection effortsMaintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all account activity and communicationsEnsure full compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and all applicable regulations and company policiesMonitor and follow up on assigned accounts to ensure adherence to payment agreementsAddress non-sufficient funds (NSF) payments and broken payment promises promptlyIdentify and report account discrepancies or issues to managementAdhere to all organizational procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements while performing assigned dutiesSupport additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by managementMaintain consistent on-site attendance as required for the role
