We’re creating a future where organizations can safely connect, optimize, and deploy sensitive datasets as easily as checking a box.ROLE:We're seeking a Full-stack Engineer to lead our website based product initiatives. You'll focus on building robust, reusable components while collaborating with our design team to create exceptional UI patterns and interactions. You'll also own our API design to ensure optimal frontend performance.This role offers a unique opportunity to build customer-facing UI components while also developing internal design systems that elevate our product. You'll have a meaningful voice in our UI architecture and technical decisions.Key ChallengesDefining scalable patterns and data models to support customers and internal workflows Building a clean and consistent visual experience for customers Creating solutions for multimodal healthcare data (text, images, structured data)What You'll DoDesign and build a scalable component library that powers our React-based application Create high-fidelity UI components that faithfully implement our design system in code Design intentional APIs and data models to support both UI elements and internal workflows Craft smooth, responsive interactions and animations that enhance user experience Partner with designers to refine UI patterns and ensure pixel-perfect implementation Optimize frontend performance and accessibility across different devices and browsers Contribute to our design system documentation and component API specifications Implement advanced UI concepts like virtualized lists, complex form validation, and state management patternsWhat We're Looking For3+ years experience building production web applications with React and component-based architectures Expert understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and frontend best practices Experience with component testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Storybook) Proficiency with NextJS or similar React frameworks Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques Experience with design systems and component libraries (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind, etc.) Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside designersWhat Makes This Role SpecialTackle one of the hardest problems in healthcare AI: understanding and protecting sensitive clinical data Work on cutting-edge full-stack applications with immediate real-world impact Help shape the future of privacy-preserving AI in healthcare Join a team committed to ethical AI development with privacy at its coreIn your application, please share examples of component libraries or design systems you've built and how you've collaborated with designers to create excellent user experiences.
