Office Manager

We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Manager to support daily administrative operations. This is a long-term contract position for someone who can keep the office running efficiently while serving as a central point of coordination for staff, visitors, and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong office management experience, sound judgment, and the ability to handle both administrative and financial support tasks with accuracy.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure an efficient, well-organized, and detail-oriented work environment.• Coordinate the purchasing of office materials and supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support business needs.• Monitor stock levels regularly and resolve supply shortages by working with approved vendors in a timely manner.• Support accounts payable activities by reviewing invoices, organizing payment documentation, and helping maintain accurate financial records.• Manage front desk and receptionist functions, including greeting visitors and directing calls or inquiries appropriately.• Maintain office files, records, and administrative documentation to support smooth internal operations.• Work with internal teams and external service providers to address routine office needs and operational requests.• Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar business support role.• Working knowledge of office supply purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.• Experience assisting with accounts payable processes and maintaining organized financial documentation.• Ability to handle receptionist and front-office responsibilities with professionalism and strong customer service skills.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors.• Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative systems.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
