Licensing Project ManagerWork Location: UT (Hybrid - 2 weeks onsite / 2 weeks remote)Duration: Long TermRate: Not Defined / need Candidate's requested rateHours: 40+Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and manage licensing project activities from initiation through completion across DoD/DoE, fuel facility, and/or commercial nuclear programs as assigned.Develop and maintain licensing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Coordinate licensing activities across internal teams including engineering, safety, QA, and operations.Track deliverables, milestones, and regulatory commitments and report status to the Licensing Manager.Identify and mitigate project risks related to licensing timelines and regulatory approvals.Facilitate communication between licensing staff, project teams, and regulatory authorities.Manage licensing project documentation and ensure proper configuration control.Support development of licensing strategies and regulatory engagement plans for assigned projects.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent combination of education and hands-on nuclear project management experience will be considered.Minimum 8–12 years of project management experience in a nuclear licensing environment.PMP certification preferred.Experience managing DOE, DoD, and/or commercial nuclear licensing projects.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Physical Requirements: Must be capable of climbing, walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting as part of daily job responsibilities. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 – 60 lbs.
