Pella's Engineering Development Program is a 2-4 year, comprehensive rotational development program designed to build technical depth, cross-functional exposure, and leadership readiness. As a participant, you'll rotate through engineering and operation roles aligned with Pella's strategic priorities, gaining hands-on experience.EXPERIENCE:Entry level: 1-3 years combined engineering experience. Previous Co-op experience preferred.EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT:Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science or combination of education and experience. Responsible for ongoing development of technical and leadership competencies.Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, CAD/3D ModelingTechnical / functional skills: Developing skills within multiple disciplines or technologies.Safety: Periodically exposed to machinery where safe operating procedures must be followed, occasional lifting of materials up to 30 lbs. is required, work environment is noisy.Certificates, licenses, and registrations: NoneLeadership competencies: Apply technical and functional expertise, Manager and improve processes, Foster collaboration, Establish plans, Build Relationships, Drive ExecutionEXPERIENCE:Entry level: 1-3 years combined engineering experience.
