What You Will DoManage project documentation and coordination across multiple concurrent engagementsTrack project budgets and timelines and flag issues before they become problemsCoordinate with galleries, artists, framers, and vendors to source, track, and deliver artworkSupport lead consultants in preparing client-facing presentations and proposalsAttend client meetings and site visits throughout Greater Boston and beyondCommunicate professionally with developers, architects, and corporate clients on behalf of the firmOver time, develop client relationships and contribute directly to business development and salesHow to ApplyPlease do not reach out directly to Alchemy Station team members regarding this role.
