We find the skillsets we cultivate to play hard are the very same that we use to complete our projects to the highest standards.RESPONSIBILITIES:Represent the firm to clients, peer organizations, and business associatesEstablish programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of our missionManage and oversee conference, trade show, and event messaging and materials where we are exhibitors, and attend as requested by management.Manage prequalification activitiesManage proposal activities including development of winning strategies for each proposalProduction of high quality RFQ/P responsesLead pursuit and approach meetings, alongside DirectorDirect, communicate, and manage timely collection of deliverables, content, and components from internal and external partiesConduct research to understand client and project needs, preferences and requirementsAuthor, collaborate, and edit proposal content to align with company values and standardsCreate visually appealing proposals and content, providing information in an attractive and clear mannerManage presentation activities including development of slide deck, story boards, and other supporting materialsCoordinate with staff, proposed team members, design partners, subconsultants, and clients to ensure complete, strategic, and winning proposal responsesConduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.Lead, coordinate and manage collateral materials development, public relations and advertising programs, corporate identity development and implementation, special events, and market research activitiesActively involved in professional and community organizationsManage and coordinate internal and external eventsAssist with marketing budget developmentAssist with marketing plan developmentManage client-contact programDevelop and maintain the firm’s digital presenceMaintain an organized and complete marketing libraryWork collaboratively with team membersManage resources to produce excellent, high-quality resultsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.Ideal candidate has 8+ years of marketing experience in the AEC industry.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is required.Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus, but not a requirementProficient in MS Office.Strong writing and editing skills, and exceptional graphic layout design skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks amid changing needs and demands, maintaining a constant attention to detailFlexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours, and travel as required for business needsA positive attitudeBENEFITS: We offer competitive wages depending on experience with opportunities for professional growth.
