New & Experienced Account Managers

Our commercial flooring company is looking for account managers who are customer-focused and self-starting to join our team. We are looking for strong communicators to join our tight-knit and quality-focused group. We are prioritizing seasoned veterans who have experience in the world of carpet, vinyl, and tile flooring materials. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, have a strong understanding of how the sales process works, and excel at generating leads. You need to have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our company in a compelling way. Responsibilities: § Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure they are receiving exceptional service. § Work closely with other departments to ensure all sales and/or project information is being properly communicated to the correct people. § Set goals with others in your department that can be tracked on a weekly and monthly basis to make sure company targets are being met. § Prepare and present to client executive-level presentations of our services and required materials on a given project. § Follow and adhere to existing company processes. § Attending occasional client and networking events.
