Company DescriptionR&D Center: Addiction Recovery & Life Development is an outpatient addiction treatment center located in downtown Media, Delaware County. Our integrative and individualized recovery programs are evidence-based and led by a team of dedicated professionals. We support clients in Delaware County, PA, Chester County, PA, Northern Delaware, and Southern NJ.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Group Facilitator at R&D Center. The Group Facilitator will be responsible for leading group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions, providing support to clients, and implementing therapeutic activities. This role is based in Media, PA, with flexibility for some remote work.QualificationsExperience in group facilitation and therapyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of addiction recovery principlesAbility to provide emotional support and empathy to clientsOrganizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar softwareBachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferredCertification in addiction counseling is a plus
