Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (LDRP)Location: Sheboygan, Wisconsin (Onsite)Contract Duration: 13 WeeksShift: 12-Hour Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)Hours: 36 hours/week Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Women's Health and OB Services unit at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan County. The RN will provide comprehensive care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP), ensuring high-quality patient care for both mother and newborn. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care throughout labor, delivery, postpartum, and recovery phases Perform cervical exams, fetal monitoring, IV starts, and medication administration (including Pitocin and magnesium) Assist with epidurals, amnio infusions, and delivery (baby catching/receiving) Monitor maternal and fetal health and document patient progress accurately Deliver postpartum care, including breastfeeding education and discharge planning Maintain patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) experience Active RN license Certifications required: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring - Experience with: - Circulator and PACU nursing - Labor & Delivery/Postpartum care - Strong clinical skills including fetal monitoring, IV management, and postpartum care About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
