You won't just be "administering shots"; you will be a skin educator and a partner in our clients' long-term wellness journeys.The ideal candidate can speak fluently about the "why" behind skin conditions—from the root causes of hyperpigmentation and acne to the physiological changes that lead to collagen loss, sagging, and volume depletion.Key Responsibilities• Consult & Educate: Conduct in-depth consultations, explaining the science of skin health and educating clients on their specific conditions.• Holistic Treatment Planning: Prescribe and curate bespoke, multi-modality skincare and injectable treatment plans.• Advanced Procedures: Perform expert injections (Neurotoxins/Fillers) and take the lead on PRF Ezgel and PRF Microneedling procedures, including proficient blood draws.• Safety & Excellence: Maintain impeccable safety and hygiene protocols while keeping detailed, accurate patient records.Qualifications & Clinical Skills• Licensure: Valid RN/NP/PA license in the state of New York.• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, Microneedling & chemical peels. • Phlebotomy Proficiency: Highly skilled in drawing blood, specifically for PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) treatments.• Dermatological Knowledge: Ability to explain the mechanics of skin aging, volume loss, and inflammatory conditions (acne/pigmentation) to patients in an accessible way.The "JLoo" Human Element (Soft Skills)We are a team that thrives on positive energy and mutual respect.
