This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.Responsibilities Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on small engines, trucks, trailers, and heavy equipmentConducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment readinessManaging shop organization, cleanliness, and parts inventoryWelding, fabrication, and minor body or structural repairsKeeping accurate maintenance records and communicating equipment needs to managementEnsuring all safety procedures are followed at all timesSalary $18-$25/hrRequirementsWho We're Looking For We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a team environment.
