Launch AdvisorLocation: RemoteDuration: 06 Months Job DescriptionThe Launch Advisor role guides selected Preferred Network Partners through program enrollment and launch. The Launch Advisor is responsible for ensuring all necessary steps and processes are completed. They will introduce the steps required through an onboarding kickoff call, then provide continuous support and accountability to the partner through the launch date. The role requires attention to detail, process management, partner influence, cross-functional collaboration, strong work ethic, and understanding of the Preferred Network business model. This is a remote position which requires the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech). Interact with current and potential Premier Agent partners with the highest level of professionalism and skillSkillfully conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations and consultative program recommendations, all while demonstrating an authentic desire for the partner to meet their professional goalsMaintain timely schedule for all partner touchpoints to stay on track for key milestones from pitch to enrollmentClose new Premier Agent Preferred Network partners through prospecting, assessing, and presenting to potential team leads and real estate professionalsRepresent as subject matter expert in Preferred Network processes and requirementsComplete all necessary enrollment steps for new partners transitioning to the Preferred Network programOnboard and provide initial training to new partners, including coaching to requirements of the program and ensuring profile functionality is set up. Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiriesSeek answers through collaboration with cross-functional partnersIntroduce the new partner to their Growth Advisor and ensure successful transition of account ownershipExpertly navigate sales tools and programs to monitor and accomplish tasks, including Client, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Google SuiteMinimum Qualifications3 years of sales and/or partner facing support experience, with preference for selling, coaching, or consulting Enterprise-level strategic partners in real estateExperience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExtraordinary communication skills both oral and writtenAbility to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlinesFocused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage in an autonomous environmentHigh ethical values and integrityExperience with Client or similar CRM preferredExperience with Smartsheet or similar work management software preferredCollege Degree is preferred.
