Licensed Commercial SaaS Attorney

A company is looking for a Commercial SaaS Attorney (Part-Time, Remote Engagement). Key Responsibilities Negotiate and manage SaaS agreements in collaboration with business stakeholders Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance within a small legal department Support sales teams and ensure compliance with data licensing frameworks Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience negotiating commercial SaaS agreements Demonstrated experience with data licensing Experience supporting sales teams in a SaaS or technology-driven company J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Familiarity with artificial intelligence is preferred
