This position has opportunities to serve multiple communities in Central Oregon, depending on current needs. If you are interested in learning more about this position, please submit your application and a member of our team will be in touch soon!ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and provide nursing care and services including:Nurse delegation per OSBNComplete resident health assessmentsMonitoring of resident overall healthCommunication with physicians and outside providersInvestigation of injuries involving residents or staffTracking and auditing of medication and treatment ordersPart of service planning teamCoordination of resident careParticipate in care conferencesParticipate and direct quality assurance investigationsMaintain compliance with regulatory requirementsParticipate in in-service presentations and staff meetingsCommunicate with state and assist in surveysHelp foster a positive team attitude in the communityAND anything that helps staff coordinate consistent, quality care and service in the facility.
