This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders; maintaining inventory accuracy; loading and unloading materials; and safely transporting goods over designated routes. The position requires flexibility to alternate between warehouse duties and driving responsibilities while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency throughout daily operations.Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesThe following duties are typical of those performed by employees in this job title; however, employees may perform other related duties, and not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each employee in the job title:Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately based on sales requisitionsReceive, stage, and organize incoming materialsIdentify, report, and segregate damaged or non-conforming productsMaintain bin locations and assist with warehouse organization and layoutMonitor inventory levels and notify appropriate departments of shortagesPerform cycle counts and assist with periodic and year-end physical inventoriesLoad and unload goods and materials from warehouse locations onto delivery vehiclesTransport materials to customer locations or other EMS facilities safely and efficientlyEnsure all cargo is properly secured during transportMaintain accuracy delivery and pickup recordsInspect vehicles prior to use and report safety or mechanical concernsMaintain vehicle cleanliness and safe operating conditionsOperate warehouse equipmentFollows all security and safety procedures established by the EMS and BranchWear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesAssist with packing, unpacking, material movement, and other warehouse tasks as neededPerforms other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environmentQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
