Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Supervisor at El Pelón Taqueria in Boston, MA. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities include managing schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering a welcoming and efficient dining experience. The role requires active participation in both back-of-house and front-of-house operations to ensure smooth workflows. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively and ensure smooth daily operationsExceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to create positive dining experiences and handle inquiries or concernsExcellent Communication skills to communicate clearly with staff and customers, fostering an inclusive team environmentKnowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including food preparation standards and safety regulationsAbility to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environmentPrevious supervisory or restaurant management experience preferredProficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
