Job Description Job Summary:The General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily operations in a manufacturing and packing environment. This role involves preparing products for shipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.Key Responsibilities:Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standardsInspect products for defects or damage before packagingOperate basic machinery and production line equipmentAssemble products and materials as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety guidelines and company procedures at all timesLoad and unload materials, boxes, and suppliesAssist with inventory counts and stock organizationMeet daily production and packaging quotasQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packing (a plus)Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable and punctualSkills:Basic math and counting skillsTime management and efficiencyTeamwork and communicationAbility to follow instructionsWork Environment:Manufacturing/warehouse settingMay involve repetitive tasks and physical laborExposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
