Location: Dauphin County, PAWork Arrangement: HybridSchedule: 7.5 hrs/day, 5 days/weekContract: 04/13/2026 - 06/30/2026Visas Accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H1BRole OverviewLead procurement, contract management, and project execution activities supporting PDE Client initiatives. Ensure alignment with IT policies, timelines, and agency requirements while coordinating across stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and manage procurement and contract renewal activitiesCoordinate with procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholdersMaintain tracking of renewals, procurement events, and milestonesRepresent Client in procurement meetings and stakeholder discussionsDevelop RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and related solicitation materialsFacilitate cross-team coordination to complete solicitation packagesServe as lead project manager for vendor implementations (COTS/MOTS)Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and reportingTrack progress, risks, budget, and contractual obligationsServe as technical POC for contract compliance and technical questionsMaintain documentation for deliverables, performance, and auditsRequired Technical SkillsProject management experienceRFx development experienceBusiness analysisSOW development experienceProcurement experience
