Afternoon Assistant Teacher – The Learning Experience | Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Schedule: 2pm-6pm, Monday – Friday

Role Responsibilities
As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll:
Support Lead Teachers in implementing The Learning Experience®’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment.
Foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Communicate positively with families and co-teachers.
Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Step into various age groups (Infants, Toddlers, Preschool) as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm every day!
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) preferred.
6+ months of experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements.
Passion for helping children learn and grow in a positive environment.
