Your leadership will help ensure that care is thoughtful, respectful, and responsive to the unique experiences of behavioral health clients and those who have served in the military.How You’ll Make an ImpactBuild supportive, trusting relationships by providing individual and group clinical supervision to a dedicated team of case managersFoster a deeper understanding of Veteran and military culture, and its impact on mental health and wellbeingGuide staff in compassionate, effective approaches to suicide risk assessment and careCreate space for collaboration through clinical case reviews and team meetingsPartner with colleagues to ensure smooth, respectful client transitions and continuity of careProvide telehealth diagnostic assessments, helping individuals access care where they areSupport quality and integrity by reviewing documentation with a focus on ethical, person-centered careAdvocate for clients by understanding and upholding their rights and dignityWho You AreA licensed clinician (LCSW or LCPC preferred) who values connection, empathy, and collaborationSomeone with at least 5 years of clinical experience who brings both skill and heart to their workPassionate about supporting the Veteran community and those who serve themA thoughtful mentor who enjoys helping others grow and succeedJoin a Team That CaresAt Health Affiliates Maine, you’ll be part of a team that believes in showing up for one another—with respect, authenticity, and compassion.
