Senior Full Stack Sofware Engineer

Ideal Candidate Profile: Seeking a Senior Full Stack Sofware Engineer with strong frontend development with React experience and test automation with Playwright and Typescript . In this role, you'll develop the next generation of assessments using leading technologies. You'll work with innovative agile teams using the full stack to solve remote testing security problems.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on software projects with product design and technical teamsDesign and execute automated tests using Playwright, migrating from Python-based test automation to Playwright with TypeScript.Implement new features and enhancements with a focus on improving user experience and performance.Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.Work as a technical contributor on an Agile teamRequired Skills & ExperienceBA/BS required (major in an analytical field desired)A minimum of 5 years' work related experienceAdvanced experience working with React, Typescript and PlaywrightExperience in hands-on development of software applications in a highly scaled environmentExperience working on Agile engineering teamsExperience in doing pair programming with fellow engineersSome experience working in PythonPreferred SkillsAbility to perform in multiple roles on a team, including testing and production support as well as developmentStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilityExperience using libraries and frameworks where it makes sense, while still understanding how each line in your codebase worksWillingness to work on QA and develop test automation scripts and participate in code reviewsAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team environmentEthos of continuous improvement and interest in learning new thingsStrong ability to understand and internalize the big picture and broader implicationsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skill with the ability to work with a diverse set of colleagues, across functions, from different organizations, disciplines, etc.Self-starter, ability to set priorities, work independently and attain goalsAWS Certified (Associate or higher)
