We bring joy to mobility – are you in?You can look forward to these exciting tasksSupport manufacturing through time spent on the manufacturing floor gathering ideas and feedback from operators, supervisors, maintenance, Quality, etc.Conduct process improvement activities using lean principles and methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mappingAssembles and leads teams to execute improvements. Assist with the implementation of new tools and technologies to optimize processes and improve productivitySummarizes improvements and presents them to the leadership team when appropriateProperly organizes priorities and communicates them to the broader organization for the most effective use of internal resourcesWriting DB documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitionsPreparation, analysis, and review of process relevant KPIs and identification of improvement potentialsThis Is What You Bring To UsCurrently enrolled in bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeGood Knowledge of MS Office toolsUnderstanding of Six Sigma, and Lean ManufacturingGood verbal and written communication skills.
