Build for Impact.We’re seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Superintendent to lead complex, high-impact construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is ideal for a field leader who thrives in technically demanding healthcare environments and is passionate about building spaces that support patient care and safety.From active hospital renovations to outpatient improvements and medical equipment installations, you’ll play a critical role in delivering projects where precision, compliance, and collaboration are essential.What You’ll DoLead field operations on complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare construction projectsEnsure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI, Cal/OSHA, ADA, and ICRA/ILSM standardsServe as the primary liaison between clients, inspectors, and trade partnersMentor and develop superintendents, foremen, and field engineersManage schedules using Microsoft Project and drive on-time deliveryOversee job site logistics, materials, and crew coordinationIdentify and mitigate risks while maintaining project momentumChampion a strong safety culture and lead by exampleEnsure quality from preconstruction through closeoutWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in commercial construction field leadership5+ years leading healthcare construction projectsProven experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects, especially in active hospital settingsStrong knowledge of healthcare safety and infection control protocolsExperience managing multiple trades and stakeholdersFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and Microsoft ProjectExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure environmentsWork EnvironmentOn-site, hands-on leadership roleActive construction environment (PPE required)Involves walking job sites, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 lbsTravel to project sites across California as neededWhy This Opportunity?Work on projects that directly impact healthcare and communitiesJoin a collaborative, high-performing team environmentStrong pipeline of healthcare projects across the regionCompetitive compensation + full benefitsLeadership growth and development opportunitiesCompensation$170,000 – $200,000 (DOE) can also flex for the right experience as well.
