AI EngineerJob DescriptionYou'll be embedded on the company client teams as the technical builder responsible for turning scoped use cases into working systems. That means full-stack implementations: RAG pipelines, context management, agentic workflows, and integrations into existing client infrastructure. You'll work closely enough with client stakeholders to understand their business processes deeply, but your primary output is the build itself.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Implementation: Architect and build AI solutions, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and full-stack applications, tailored to each client's existing environmentSystem Integration: Connect AI solutions into client infrastructure without requiring data migration or system replacementBusiness Process Translation: Work with client stakeholders to understand complex operational workflows and translate them into technical requirements and system designClient Team Contribution: Serve as the core technical builder on cross-functional delivery teams, working alongside delivery and engagement leadsContext & Data Architecture: Design and manage context pipelines, retrieval systems, and data flows that keep AI outputs accurate and grounded in client-specific knowledgeDelivery Execution: Build, test, and ship deliverables against engagement timelines, iterating based on client feedbackKnowledge Transfer: Document systems and enable client teams to maintain and extend what's been builtRequirements3-5 years of technical consulting or delivery experience in client-facing engagementsStrong communication skills and the ability to understand and translate complex business processes into technical solutions.NET 8 or 10 experience strongly preferredWorking knowledge of RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines) and context managementDiverse full-stack development backgroundExperience with AI harnesses (agentic frameworks, tool-calling, orchestration)Experience with Blazor preferredEmployment TypeFull-time, exempt, hybrid (remote and on-site, including client sites as needed).
