Job Description The Falcon is a family-owned live music venue, restaurant, and arts space that has been operating in the Hudson Valley for nearly 20 years. We run across two floors with multiple kitchens, bars, and stages, plus outdoor decks overlooking a waterfall. We host world-class live music 4+ nights a week as well as private events, weddings, and community gatherings, drawing musicians and guests from around the world.There's a real energy to this place, and the kitchen is a big part of that. We're looking for an experienced, grounded Executive Chef who can make it their own: shape the menu, build a strong kitchen culture, and grow with us.What This Role InvolvesLeading all kitchen operationsDeveloping and maintaining a high-quality, efficient menuBuilding systems for prep, service flow, and consistencyManaging, training, and scheduling kitchen staffManaging food cost, ordering, and vendor relationshipsKeeping a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environmentCollaborating with ownership and front of house to improve the overall guest experienceWho This Role Is ForA calm, organized leaderSomeone driven and creative who knows good food and how to make it happenExperienced running a kitchen and operating in a leadership roleComfortable working in a non-traditional environment with fluctuating volumeInterested in building something, not just executing shiftsCompensation$60,000 to $80,000 salary, depending on experience and level of responsibility.We are open to a strong working chef ready to stabilize and execute, or a more experienced operator looking to take full ownership of systems and help us grow.ScheduleWednesday through Sunday, with additional prep, admin, and event hours as needed. As a leadership role, schedule will vary based on service and event demands.Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
