Bring your passion and make a profound impact on the lives of others.Benefits Include401K with company matchAnnual Merit IncreasesDaily Pay OptionsComprehensive orientation with ongoing support and professional developmentAnnual merit increasesWhat You'll DoAdministers medications.Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.Accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned.Assists in admission and discharge procedures.Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.Who You AreCurrent LPN license in ArizonaValid CPR certification with BLS and training in AED and First Aid procedures6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferredStrong customer service skills with a hospitable attitudePhysical fitness, capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 125 poundsPatient and compassionate, especially when caring for individuals who are sick, injured, elderly, or from diverse backgroundsEqual Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer
