Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities: Responsible for loading UPS, FEDEX and freight shipments. Responsible to accurately scan and safely pack all items on an order Responsible for receiving and stocking items. Responsible for customer order fulfillment following procedures that ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsible for inventory accuracy. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment. Basic Duties: Perform assigned warehouse tasks. Use computer systems for processing receipts and shipping customer sales orders. Perform tasks related to order picking and preparation including some assembly of parts. Performance Measurements: Overall professional standards related to attendance, time usage, and personal issues. Team performance: Providing assistance and support to others including detail communications and problem solving approaches. Inventory Accuracy: Ensure that system information is accurate. Ensure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Order Accuracy: Customer orders are filled in a timely manner and are 100% accurate. Required experience / knowledge / skills / abilities: REQUIRED: Experience with warehouse computer systems for receiving and shipping functions. Must be willing to ship/receive/cycle count in our ERP system. Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus. Able to easily walk up and down mobile stairs, bend down to pick up items and cartons and reach for items on shelves. Netsuite experience is a big plus, but not necessary Able to discern minor variations in colors (i.e. cannot be color blind). This is a small warehouse environment. This position requires warehouse and computer systems experience. This is also a physical position in that it requires walking or standing most of the time. This position must frequently lift or move cartons up to 35 pounds.
