This internship will provide hands-on experience across digital marketing, content development, internal communications, and brand support.  This position will be based at our Global World Headquarters in Neponset, Illinois.Top ResponsibilitiesCross-Sell Strategy SupportAssist the Sales and Marketing teams in developing and executing a cross-sell initiative by organizing materials, supporting campaigns, and coordinating communicationsContent & Internal CommunicationsSupport ongoing communication efforts through the creation of newsletters, ICYMI content, internal updates, and employee engagement materialsWebsite Content & OptimizationHelp audit and update website content, improve messaging consistency, refresh imagery, and identify opportunities to enhance SEO and user engagementSEO & AI Optimization ResearchConduct keyword research, monitor digital visibility, and assist with optimizing content for search engines and AI-driven platformsPromotional & Marketing SupportAssist with promotional inventory management, fulfillment of promo requests, and general marketing support projects as neededQualificationsCurrently studying Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related fieldInterest in marketing, branding, content creation, or digital communicationsStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with social media platformsCreative mindset with attention to detail
