Armata label.OpportunityThe Inside Sales Rep position will play an essential role in optimizing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service (both externally and internally), and performing critical support and account administration functions within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, organized, dynamic, upbeat, personable, team-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven individual. You should have a strong track record of customer service, performing sales operations, driving inside sales results, and/or inventory management.  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Daily responsibilities include order entry, data cleanse projects, customer service, customer and item pricing management and communications, generating cross-selling opportunities, inventory coordination, “hot sheets” maintenance, route coordination, and facilitating department communication and data synchronizationDevelop detailed product knowledgeSupport distribution sales team(s), product managers, and/or field sales team to facilitate sales, administrative support, and/or product-management operationsManage customer ordering patterns, time windows, and policy changesCommunicate with customers and internal stakeholders with professionalismSuggest and design functionality and/or process improvementsSupport office-based administrative duties, communication, and strategic projectsMaintain sales reports and databases on behalf of inside & outside sales directorsCommunicate meeting notes & recaps amongst inside/outside sales teamsRequirements:3+ years of inside sales and/or inventory management experience, preferably in food industry (optimally produce) Working knowledge of both Wholesale & DSD distribution modelsSuperior customer service skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detailMust be proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced in ExcelMust be willing to learn new systems and technology to support the business as neededMust be flexible to work variable schedules if neededMust be fluent in Spanish, Bi-Lingual
