In this role, you will act as a Landscape Systems Analyst to ensure our Aspire platform is performing at peak efficiency.System Mastery: Serve as the regional lead for Aspire, managing data integrity and trouble tickets. On-Site Training: Travel to regional branches to conduct onboarding, moving system adoption deeper into our operations. Performance Insights: As an Operations Specialist, you will implement dashboard monitors to track labor efficiency and safety. Process Improvement: Transition manual field functions into streamlined digital workflows. What You Bring to the TeamAspire Software Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with Aspire is a firm requirement. Landscape Background: You understand the "dirt world" and can speak the language of both crews and executives. Tech Literacy: Strong command of Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
