Job DescriptionAs a CNA, you will assist nursing staff with patient care and daily medical operations within the facility while also helping support a special needs patient with routine daily care needs. Professionalism, compassion, confidentiality, and reliability are essential in this role. Responsibilities Include:Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding assistance, and mobility support Providing compassionate one-on-one support for a special needs patient Taking and recording vital signs Supporting nurses with daily patient care activities Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning as needed Preparing exam and treatment areas Maintaining accurate documentation Observing and reporting changes in patient condition Promoting patient dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
