Key Responsibilities Lead primary and secondary reviews of complex partnership tax returns Provide tax consulting and strategic planning for partnership clients Evaluate partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) capital accounts Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results Identify and implement tax savings strategies and compliance improvements Research and advise on Subchapter K partnership taxation matters Respond to IRS and tax authority inquiries Build and maintain strong client relationships and business development pipelines Mentor, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize tax processes and client outcomes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Active CPA license REQUIRED 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting Strong expertise in partnership tax compliance and consulting Proven leadership experience in managing teams, projects, and client relationships Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A Advanced knowledge of tax technology and partnership return systems Demonstrated success in business development and client growth Additional Information Ability to travel as needed Annual bonus potential available High-visibility role with opportunity to lead, influence, and grow within the organization Interested?
