City Wide Property Services is expanding into new commercial real estate markets and seeking experienced business development leaders to drive that growth in Fresno, CAJob Summary:The Business Development Manager is responsible for taking ownership of a market, leverage deep industry relationships, and develop long-term partnerships with property owners, managers, and developers. The Business Development Manager values autonomy, accountability, and meaningful upside, this role offers a clear path to leadership within a national platform. This role is designed for senior CRE professionals with established networks and a proven ability to build and scale territory-based revenue.Responsibilities:· Develop and close new CRE business within an assigned territory, with a focus on commercial properties and multi-site portfolios· Build a structured business development strategy utilizing CRE associations and existing industry relationships· Engage and convert decision-makers in property ownership and management· Maintain an accurate and forward-looking pipeline to support growth forecasting· Expand existing accounts by identifying additional services and demonstrating ROI· Track all activity and opportunities in CRM to ensure visibility and accountability· Represent City Wide at CRE events, associations, and industry functions· Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets through new CRE client acquisition and account expansion· Leveraging established CRE relationships and association involvement to generate high-quality opportunities· Developing and executing a territory growth plan aligned with company expansion goals· Building long-term client trust through consultative selling and service delivery· Partnering closely with operations to ensure execution, retention, and client satisfaction· Operating independently in a performance-driven environment with full ownership of resultsOther Duties· Utilize company-provided software, email platforms, team chat applications, and mobile portals for efficient communication and task management.· Fulfill additional duties as delegated by management.Qualifications:Minimum of six years of experience in CRE business developmentProfessional who manages a market, the backing of a national platform, and the opportunity to build something substantial over time.Demonstrated success in B2B commercial real estate business developmentTrack record of driving significant revenue growth in CRE servicesStrong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management skillsHigh level of self-direction, discipline, and accountabilityEstablished CRE network, including active involvement in associations such as BOMA, CREW, ICSC, NAIOP, or CCIMAbility to operate independently while effectively leveraging internal resourcesTech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, company portal, and adeptness in utilizing mobile devices.Possession of a clear driving record (Motor Vehicle Record required).Preferred:Experience selling facilities, property, or commercial services to CRE clientsHistory of working with property managers, owners, or multi-location portfoliosConsistent performance above revenue targetsExperience supporting market or territory expansion initiativesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,304.00 - $80,000.00 per year (plus commission)Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceWork Location: On the road
