*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
* Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
* Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
* Manage guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving concerns efficiently
* Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables
* Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
*Experience*
* Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
* Familiarity with POS systems
* Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices is essential
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
* Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; a passion for the food industry is key
