Executive Assistant to the CEO

Duke Talent is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. Responsibilities Manage the Founder’s inbox, calendar, and scheduling across candidates and clients Coordinate interviews, calls, and follow-ups with studios and talent Assist with candidate tracking, resume/work sample organization, and CRM updates Draft and send polished professional correspondence on behalf of the Founder Support ongoing searches with research, outreach coordination, and follow-through Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and light project management Help maintain organization across workflows, files, and systems Qualifications Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Interest in design, architecture, recruiting, or professional services a plus What We’re Looking For A self-starter who anticipates needs and follows through Someone calm, polished, and professional with clients and candidates Comfortable working behind the scenes to make things run seamlessly Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week Work Location: In person
