Iowa - Emergency Medicine•Current providers: 4 Physicians and 5 APP s •Competitive compensation and benefits package•Experienced staff•Onsite services (CT, MRI, x-ray, lab, etc.)•Level 4 Trauma Center•Life Flight 24/7•Cardiac Cath Services 24/7•Hospitalist Program 24/7•Hospital Duties include responding to in-house cardiac/respiratory arrests, including peds and OB/nursery•No Call•Flexible Scheduling•Fully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination•New fully equipped Emergency DepartmentResponsibilities•Twelve 12 hour shifts per month•Clinical Shift Hours = 7:30a 7:30p, 7:30p 7:30a•Department Staffing Model: Tuesday - Friday = 1 Physician & 1 APP (11:30a - 9:30p) Saturday - Monday = 1 Physician & 2 APP's (10a - 8p & 2p - 12a)•Average # of patients/day = 60•Annual visit volume = 20,000•Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills•Improve the health of the people and communities we serve
