If you want to be part of one of the top-performing agencies in the area and build a career with real growth potential, this is the place for you.Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads daily- Generate quotes, follow up, and close new business- Cross-sell multiple lines of insurance to maximize value for customers- Complete application input and underwriting for new customers- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goalsQualifications:- Strong communication and people skills- Motivated by goals and eager to grow professionally- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & Benefits:- Base $32,000-$36,000.
