Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Develop clear, concise, and impactful documentation including program charters, business cases, roadmaps, and executive updates.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories that influence decision-making at the leadership level.
Facilitate effective communication between business, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
Monitor program performance using KPIs/metrics and prepare regular status reports and dashboards for CXO reviews.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies.
Champion process improvements and best practices in program governance and execution.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
6–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related role.
Strong documentation and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to analyze data, create dashboards, and build presentations that tell a clear, data-driven story.
Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
Certification in PMP, Agile, or equivalent is a plus.
