Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add an Influencer Recruitment Specialist to our team to accelerate the growth of our portfolio of health-focused brands. Role Description As an Influencer Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand's reach and influence by identifying, contacting, and onboarding social media influencers. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with the Partnerships team to support the growth and development of our ambassador program. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in social media marketing, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok, to identify potential influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience. Track and Organize a master list of influencers, their recruitment stage, and other pertinent information. Conduct outreach campaigns to engage with influencers, effectively communicating the goals and benefits of our ambassador program. Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop strategies for influencer recruitment and campaign execution. Track and report on key metrics related to influencer scouting and recruitment, demonstrating the impact of your efforts on our brand's growth. Other duties as assigned Requirements: 0-1 years of experience in influencer or social media marketing, with a strong passion for the industry. Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok platforms, with the ability to adapt to new software tools as needed. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage influencers in a personable and persuasive manner. Experience in the health and wellness industry is preferred but not required. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
