Bovine Reproduction Assistant

Bovine Reproduction Assistant Position Summary: Bullnanza Stud Services is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a fulltime Bovine Reproduction Assistant. The successful candidate must possess: · A strong agricultural background and or degree in an area of agriculture · Experience handling cattle · Ability to pick-up, push, or pull 100 lbs. · Familiarity with and ability to use Microsoft Office · A valid driver’s license · Working knowledge and ability to operate tractors and small machinery · Ability to trans cervical A.I., palpate, and Ultrasound cattle High level of accountabilities includes: · Daily care (feeding, handling, treating, etc.) of all livestock · Knowledge of and ability to implement synchronization of cattle and detect estrus · Ability to efficiently and accurately pack and prepare equipment for on farm services · Ability to communicate effectively and maintain customer privacy and confidentiality · The ability to handle the weekend responsibility one weekend per month and share in holiday rotations · Must be extremely detail oriented and maintain accurate records PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
