GRANTED | Flexible Engagement (Full-Time or Contract) — Expedited BuildGRANTED is a tech-enabled grant solutions company transitioning into a full-scale SaaS platform. We help organizations find, evaluate, pursue, and manage grant funding across nonprofit, institutional, and public-sector environments through structured strategy, data, and technology.We’re consolidating existing pilot systems and internal workflows into a single, purpose-built platform — and we’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Platform Developer to lead an expedited build.This role is for someone who can move quickly, make sound architectural decisions, and ship a real v1 product on a tight timeline.The ProjectYou’ll work directly with GRANTED leadership to bring a complex product vision to life, translating detailed Figma designs and workflows into a production-ready SaaS platform with both client-facing and internal dashboards.Some early-stage systems already exist (including a Python-based web app and a Replit-hosted CRM). Expect to refactor, integrate, and replace parts of the current stack as needed — this is not a greenfield build, but it is a substantial elevation.This is not a maintenance role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys owning an end-to-end build and contributing professional judgment on architecture, sequencing, and implementation.Timeline matters: our goal is to launch an initial production-ready platform in under 3 months.What You’ll Work On• Translating high-fidelity Figma designs into functional, production-ready interfaces• Building data-heavy client and internal dashboards• Developing front-end and back-end components of a SaaS platform• Implementing role-based access, permissions, and multi-user workflows• Supporting AI-enabled features such as semantic matching or intelligent workflows• Integrating APIs and third-party services as needed• Collaborating closely with leadership on platform structure, priorities, and technical decisionsWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves• Proven experience shipping modern web applications (SaaS-style)• Strong front-end execution and comfort working directly from Figma• Solid back-end experience with APIs, databases, authentication, and permissions• Experience building role-based, multi-user platforms• Experience with dashboards, CRMs, or data-heavy interfaces• Familiarity with scalable or cloud-hosted systems• Comfort integrating AI or LLM-powered features into real product workflows• Experience turning MVPs into production-ready v1 platforms without starting over• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with non-technical stakeholdersEngagement & LocationEngagement options: full-time employee, part-time contractor, solo developer, or small team / dev shop.This is a collaborative build — expert input and recommendations are expected.
