Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Mechanic located in Miami, FL. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing and executing corrective actions for equipment issues, and ensuring effective maintenance and repair of machinery and systems. The role involves troubleshooting various industrial equipment and ensuring its safe and efficient operation. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize performanceExperience in Corrective Maintenance for identifying and addressing equipment issues and failuresSkills in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systemsExpertise in scheduling and performing Preventive Maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtimeIndustrial Maintenance experience in managing large-scale or specialized machineryStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issuesKnowledge of workplace safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe working environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training a plusPrevious experience in an aviation or aerospace environment is preferred
