Willing to obtain allowed for PALS (AHA).Certifications TNCCSpecialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Emergency Room in last 3 years.EMR CernerSkills Assessment ERM skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than two holidays off during my assignment.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee at this facility in the two years.Additional Confirmations I am willing to floatAdditional Confirmations Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, and obtaining 12 lead EKG is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with blood product administration, phlebotomy, and starting IVs is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation administration is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with CVA, spinal cord injury, and traumatic brain injury cases is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with managing and applying splints is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with pediatric cases including abdominal pain, asthma, head injury, and identifying and reporting abuse is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with pediatric cases including infections, poison ingestion, respiratory infections, seizures, and skin disorders is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with psychiatric cases including acute psychosis, drug overdose, managing violent behavior, and suicidal patients is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with chest tube insertion/management and intubation is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in isolation precautions and triage is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
