In this role, you'll deliver high-quality HVAC service and repairs, provide transparent pricing, and create a positive experience for every customer getting it right the first time.You’ll also mentor junior techs, uphold safety and compliance standards, and support the company’s commitment to integrity and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough HVAC inspections including health & safety checklistsComplete service correctly the first time, meeting quality and code standardsCommunicate clearly with customers using written option sheets and visual reports (including pictures)Provide accurate, transparent pricing for all repair and service optionsExecute proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and follow-up protocolsDocument all services, collect fees, and submit records promptlySupport apprentices and fellow technicians with troubleshooting and developmentCoordinate part orders and prepare for daily service callsRecord materials used for accurate job costing and inventory trackingFacilitate rescheduling when service can’t be completed on the initial visitKeep the company truck clean, stocked, and properly inventoriedProtect customers’ homes during service and leave areas cleaner than found Promote service memberships and explain benefits to customersReport safety concerns and support management in team decision-makingRequirementsValid driver’s license with no more than 4 points xaygatp Must pass drug test and background checkHigh School Diploma or GED requiredHVAC experience preferred (waived with manager approval)Must be approved by company’s insurance carrier to driveStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to interpret manuals, plans, and blueprintsProficient with tablets, smartphones, and GPS navigationCommitment to exceptional customer service and teamworkBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
